by rules,in the collective bargaining agreement,the Indianapolis Colts' coaches or owners,can not watch quarterback Peyton Manning throw,until April,because Manning failed his exit physical,after his neck surgery,which means only the Colts' medical staff,and they can not tape the session,either,so it figures that Manning will not play,in Indianapolis,but will play elsewhere,next season,but again,it is up to Jim Irsay(Colts' owner),whether he will pay the $28 million,due Manning,March 8th... to tell you the truth,i am getting tired,of this particular circus,in Indianapolis....
