commentary...

i am one of the biggest fans, and being a shareholder/owner of the Packers,i wear a Packers' item every day, expect for Christmas Day(out of respect for family, that day),since i became a shareholder/owner,in 2011... in fact, two years of being a shareholder/owner,is coming up on Monday... yesterday's criticism of the Packers' team handling the situation of the health of quarterback Aaron Rodgers' clavicle was done in total frustration of the news coverage of the situation... i support and agree with the Packers' organization with their handling of the situation, because the long term health of Rodgers is absolutely paramount... an example of a team rushing a player back early was Detroit Lions' wide receiver Charles Rogers, who broke his clavicle,at the end of one season, then broke it again, opening game the next season, and was never the same player, again, and retired shortly after that, because of the injury... so being a quarterback is more valuable (especially this quarterback on this team),so we shareholders/owners,and fans just have to be patient with the "organizational" decision to sit Aaron Rodgers, because i have a question to the frustrated shareholders/owners,and fans, including myself:is it more important that the team has Rodgers over the next few years, then having him for the next few games this season, including the playoffs,if he is rushed back into action, and get really injured, and that injury affects him the rest of his possibly great career??? i believe a healthy Rodgers would benefit the Packers in the years to come... note:the very last time i played golf with my father,i played the round of nine holes, actually with a broken clavicle,so i know the pain of a broken clavicle(i fell in a tub,the week before the round)... if you do not believe me,remember, folks, how did i swing a club that day??? i was not taking the club all the way back to level, was i,folks???
