Matt Barkley is returning to USC...
usually in this spot,i talk about Packers,and will talk about tomorrow,but i have a brother who is a alum of USC,so he must be very happy,that quarterback Matt Barkley,is returning to school,next season,and USC may be eligible for Pac-12 title next season,so watch out NCAA....
