NFL news...

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has asked a federal judge to dismiss Jonathan Vilma's defamation lawsuit against him,basically saying that Vilma is trying to get around the imposition of the "conduct detrimental" clause(Article 46;section one,page 204),as in "Commissioner Discipline",and the year long suspension,and that,"it is an improper attempt to circumvent the mandatory,and binding dispute resolution procedures,of the current collective bargaining agreement(CBA)"... in brief,he included 715 pages,of exhibits,including the 317 page CBA,and 237 excerpted pieces of the NFL's bylaws,and constitution...
Vilma amended his lawsuit,asking for a temporary injunction,to have time to rehab his knee,with Saints' trainers,and doctors...
