Breaking news...

a collective bargaining agreement(CBA)appeals panel overturns the Saints "bounty" suspensions of all four players,involved in the scandal... Jonathan Vilma,Will Smith,Scott Fujita,and when he has a NFL team,Anthony Hargrove are,at least,eligible to play this weekend... Smith has said that he will suit up for the Saints,this weekend... NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell can still suspend the players,but will not do so,until maybe,after week one of the 2012-2013 NFL season... U.S Second District Judge Helen G. Berrigan still has not ruled on the temporary restraining orders,filed by the players... the appeals panel ruled unanimously,among the three judge panel... the panel,i believe,was set up in the collective bargaining agreement,enacted in 2011
