Berrigan to grant a stay of discovery,in the defamation suit,filed by New Orleans Saints(on physically unable to perform list,at least,until after game six-knee injury)linebacker,Jonathan Vilma... Vilma's attorney,Peter Ginsberg is trying to prove that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell prejudged Vilma in his discipline of Vilma,in the Saints' "bounty" scandal... Ginsberg has subpoenaed some of the NFL investigators,involved in the case...
