suspended New Orleans Saints' linebacker Jonathan Vilma has filed a motion,in U.S Second District Court(i guess,in front of Judge Helen G.Berrigan,it does not say who,but since everything filed in this bizarre circus of a case,has been in front of Judge Berrigan,it is a good guess),to vacate his year-long suspension,re-imposed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell,earlier last week... Vilma said that he plans to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,next weekend,after the Saints' bye week... note to Vilma:do not count your chickens,before they hatch... second note to Vilma:you are really arrogant,and a real piece of work,period...
