Baltimore Ravens' linebacker Jameel McClain suffered a spinal cord contusion,in December,against the Washington Redskins... that is the bad news... now,for the good news,he is making steady progress toward playing football,in the 2013 NFL season... he is walking around pretty well,but walking around,and being ready for playing football,for this upcoming season,is different,and is up to his doctors... good luck,Jameel!!!!
