number 80 retires...

Packers' wide receiver Donald Driver retired with class, and he scored sixty-one touchdowns,on 743 catches, for 10,137 yards... the yards, and catches, are the most in Packers' history, with the touchdown catches, being third on that list... he was drafted in the seventh round,by the Packers,in 1999,out of Alcorn State, and said early in his career that he would retire as a Packer, and said today that he did not want to tarnish his career, the fans,or the uniform of the "Green and Gold"(the Packers),by playing for another team... he kept his word... the governor of Wisconsin proclaimed that today(6 February 2013)would be Donald Driver Day,in the state, and the mayor of Green Bay officially renamed a street, with city council approval,in the city,"Donald Driver Way"...
