the Packers have said that it is a priority to sign quarterback Aaron Rodgers to a new long term contract,before the season,according to reports,basically saying that(paraphrasing it)Rodgers is underpaid,and that the Packers do not want to go into Rodgers' "contract" year,which would be the season after next,as he does have two seasons left on the six year contract that Rodgers signed in 2008...
