opinion of mine...

i was just reminded of who,i believe,is the greatest Green Bay Packers' player of all time... people talk about Bart Starr, who won five NFL titles,in the 60's(the only quarterback ever to do that),or Brett Favre who owns virtually every passing record in the NFL,or many players on the defensive side of the football,in the five NFL title run,in the 60's,under legendary head coach Vince Lombardi... all good choices, but one player stands alone... in an eleven year career,he caught 99 touchdown passes,a NFL record that stood for forty four years... his first catch,in his first professional game, was a 80+ yard catch for a touchdown, against the Chicago Bears,in a 7-0 Packers' win... he led the NFL in catches,in eight of his eleven years, still a NFL record... he scored twenty nine points,in thirteen minutes, against the Detroit Lions, still a NFL record(Detroit even tried to double team him during the game;the coach, for Detroit, had only three words for the game,"too much Hutson")... he was a charter member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame(one of seventeen charter members,in 1963)... in my opinion:Don Hutson is the greatest Green Bay Packer who ever played...
