the NFL have banned "dunking" the football,in accordance of rule of using the football as a prop,in a touchdown celebration... NFL officials will have the option to consult with New York,on replays,during games,like the "War Room",in Toronto during NHL games... i guess it is the first step toward improving the instant replay system...
