commentary...

some people are quite upset in the way the Packers played on Thursday... some pundits(Seattle Seahawks' linebacker Michael Bennett)are saying that the Packers' defense were "afraid" to tackle running back Marshawn Lynch, who rushed for 110 yards out of a team high 207 rushing yards... that comment is not worth my retort because the Seahawks won the game quite handily, but bulletin board material is just like the Seahawks and their swagger, which i can not stomach any more...  going for it on fourth and one may show confidence in your team, but honestly it was done simply to wipe the Packers' defense and their collective noses into the pile of manure that was the game that the Packers played, and i am not sparing the Packers' feelings, because they,as a team, played a very poor second half... to Pete Carroll,i simply say, that little play will not be forgotten,as was your reaction to beating the Packers,in the "Fail Mary" game as you danced around with your arms straight up,and then belittled the Packers afterward, not forgotten... the Packers lost that game, but they showed total class, but extreme disappointment in the loss,in 2012...now back to this season, the simple fact that the Packers lost to the Seattle Seahawks does not bother me so much, but it was the way that the Packers lost that bothers me,because there is a big difference in the teams right now... to quote a Packers' blogger, named Vic,there is now fifteen games to define who the Packers are,as a team, and it is time not to let one game define this 2014 NFL season... let the pundits have their say right now,but Packers' fans, and shareholders/owners concentrate on one game at a time, but never forget what happened, and store away what was said by the pundits, and if you get a second chance at the Seahawks, then you remember that you are a better team that you played like that miserable Thursday night,to open the 2014 NFL season, and prove to only yourselves that you can play much better... win or lose,at that point, and i can live with that... a very proud shareholder/owner...
