NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a news conference that the NFL will set up a personal conduct committee,and have a new policy in place by Super Bowl XLIX... many gripers (current and former players),especially Hall of Fame member Troy Aikman,who brought up the Saints' "bounty" scandal from two years ago,in criticizing Goodell,in a tweet still complained about Goodell... to them all,i say,SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
