Vikings/Packers game notes,part two...

being honest about the Packers' chances against the Vikings,Sunday night,is not easy... bravado says that "we" are going to "bury" them Sunday night... however, looking at the raw data, the Packers may be at Lambeau Field, but in the Vikings, they are facing a team that has scored 30+ points in their last two games, and they are brewing with confidence, and they are denigrating the Packers' chances by giving them bulletin board material... Bad mistake!!!! (keep your mouth shut,Vikings!!!!)... Aaron Rodgers has not had a passer rating over 100,in the last nine games, and in the last four games, his passer rating has been around 75... the passing game is simply erratic, and,at times, the running game has been non-existent down by the goal line... the offensive line gave up nine sacks, two huge strip sacks, against Arizona, but honestly they had injuries to two starters on the offensive line during the game... Rodgers is trying to force the football down the field to wide receivers who simply have a very hard time getting open against their opponents(the effect of the injury to Jordy Nelson)... on defense, one starter(Sam Shields-out this week, too, most likely-concussion)was out,and B.J. Raji suffered a concussion early in the game(he should play this week)... Raji is big and talented enough to clog up the middle, and chase down running backs, and Clay Matthews has done very little in the past two games, but, folks,he is pissed about his play,so watch out Teddy,he will chase you all day... interesting game,Sunday...
