a dream come true....

the Seattle Mariners beat the Detroit Tigers,7-6,on Tuesday,in Seattle,at Safeco Field... ho-hum,you may believe!!! however, for a superfan, the game was special... one,Mike Jackson, had not been outside  the University of Washington's Medical Center's ICU(intensive care unit)in eight months, because of a severe heart ailment(he was born with it),since an incident that stopped his heart, last October... well, the Mariners got a request from his nurses, and family, for him to see a game in person,at Safeco Field, because he would almost beg anyone to watch a game, with him,at the hospital, when the Mariners played a game... well,on Tuesday, the Mariners granted that request (they received the request on Monday),by setting up a special hospital suite, for Mike, his friends, his family, six medical caregivers, the Mariners' Moose(the team mascot),at Safeco Field, and he was wearing a Robinson Cano(his favorite player) jersey,a Mariners cap, during the game,on Tuesday... my opinion:what the Mariners did for Mike was quite special(thumbs way up),and i dearly hope that Mike enjoyed the game, because for a superfan,it was like a special dream come true.... to Mike,i say deeply that i hope and pray that he recovers from the severe heart ailment, and that the Mariners win, this season... GO MARINERS!!!!!
