analysis of game...

Packers beat Saint Brett, and Vikings,28-24... could say that Saint Brett had a bad day,and almost made up for Vikings,by throwing a touchdown in last minute, but that is not true... last year,Saint Brett threw a similar pass against the San Francisco 49'ers,and won,in last second, but this year Minnesota is not the same team,as last year... Aaron Rodgers did play a good game,at quarterback, for the Packers, and the defense came up with key plays at critical times, including back-to-back interceptions,on consecutive drives that turned game in favor of the Packers, including an interception return that provided the game-winning points that was run back for a touchdown... Aaron Rodgers did have two interceptions, but one was for a touchback, and the other one was a botched screen pass, and did absolutely no damage to the Packers, early in the game... Saint Brett did more damage to Vikings,by his gunslinging ways, and was hounded by the pass rush of the Packers;was sacked only once, but was hit and knocked down a number of times... in fact,he hurt his ankle, again,on one pass rush, when a pass rusher, fell on his ankle, while tackling him... he was not the same after that... Aaron Rodgers played within himself, and did very little damage to team,on offense, and defense did not give up big play, and was much better,on 3rd down, and the only players, for the Vikings, who played like all-pros,was Adrian Peterson,Visanthe Shiancoe, and Percy Harvin, and they played very well, but Saint Brett had a 50.4 passer rating, not good, even for a semi-pro player, but for a Hall of Fame caliber player, like Saint Brett,it stunk up the place... Randy Moss did catch a touchdown pass, but it was a four yard pass, and his longest pass catch was thirteen yards... Harvin did have a 37 yard pass catch, but only had 65 yards overall... most of his damage was on special teams, but Packers shut him down at critical times... Peterson had 131 yards on the ground, but was contained at the most critical times of game,so his yards were the quiet type of yardage, and did not make a big play against Packers' defense... for example, you can run for 131 yards, and seem like you were contained,by defense... now for last Vikings' drive, they did have it,1st and 10,on Packers' 15 yard line, but had false start, for five yards, and offensive facemask penalty, against right side of offensive line, when player grabbed Clay Matthews' facemask(a personal foul-15 yards),to make it 1st and 30,on Packers' 35 yard line, when receiver did not come down with both feet inbounds,so it was not a touchdown,on a great pass from Saint Brett, but unlike last year,it was an incomplete pass,so Saint Brett tried to do a miracle, but threw it out of the end zone on 3rd down, and overthrew Randy Moss,on 4th down, and you should have heard the booing that Saint Brett received from the fans before, and after, the game... it warmed my heart to hear the boos....
