commentary...

when Aaron Rodgers was drafted out of the University of California,24th,in first round,in 2005 NFL Draft, people said that the Packers had goofed about the pick, some people wanted some defense with the pick, others thought Rodgers had a good arm,not a great arm,and Brett Favre there, they may have thought it was another wasted pick...
however, when i looked at the pick,i honestly said,"great pick",because i remember that California was the only college team to beat USC,in the era of Reggie Bush,at home, during a 30+game stretch, and the quarterback,at the helm,of the Bears, that day? Aaron Rodgers... Rodgers' first year,as quarterback,of the Packers, was 6-10,in which i pulled out my hair out,in last four minutes,in which Packers lost eight,of nine games, when ahead, with four minutes left,in the game... i may have grumbled, and lost some hair, but i noticed something different,in Rodgers, like Favre,he wanted the football,at end of games, saying to team that he wanted to simply win the game, and at that point,i realized that even though the Packers were losing games,i knew that the next year, that the numbers would turn around, and the Packers had picked the right quarterback, with that 2005 pick, because i saw in Rodgers,a killer instinct, that i had seen in Brett Favre, except in Favre,he killed the opponent, with a laugh, and Rodgers killed the opponent, with icy steely look, and a smirk...
