decision time?

2010 All-Pro Nick Collins is having his neck, which was injured,in week two, last season, evaluated this week... my honest opinion is that it is neck fusion surgery that he is coming back from, not a normal injury you come back from, when you play pro football... chances are that,if doctors will say that Collins can play football, without a major risk of more severe injury,he may play... will Ted Thompson(Packers' general manager)give him a chance to play,or will the decision be for Collins to retire... former Green Bay Packers' wide receiver Sterling Sharpe, and Hall of Fame member, and Dallas Cowboys' legend,Michael Irvin retired from NFL,because of similar injuries to neck, remember? no matter what is decided,i deeply, and dearly wish Nick,a happy life after pro football... may he find peace and happiness...
