San Diego Chargers' team analysis for the 2012-2013 NFL season...

San Diego were also 8-8,last year... a tale of two quarterbacks may be right for this analysis:Chargers' quarterback Philip Rivers threw for 4,624 yards, but Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for only nineteen yards more(4,643,yards),in the entire season, and yet had 45 touchdown passes, and only six interceptions, had a quarterback rating of 122.5... then why,was Green Bay,15-1,and San Diego,8-8??? simply, because Rivers had eighteen fewer touchdown passes, and fourteen more interceptions(27 touchdown passes, and 20 interceptions),and a quarterback rating of just over 88...
the Chargers gave up eighteen more points,on defense, than the Packers' defense(377,to 359),and had scored 153 points less than the Packers(407,to 560),and yet,the Packers had the 32nd ranked defense, last season??? figure that one out??? the basic reason that the Chargers sucked, last season, that the offense, especially Rivers, was inconsistent, when he played quarterback... if the Chargers are to contend,in the AFC West, and for the playoffs,Rivers must have the overall best season,of his NFL career, and the NFL draft class, for the Chargers(mostly defense),and the Chargers' defense must tighten up all aspects of their team, and get a pass rush, because they had an impotent pass rush, throughout the entire season...
