Smith has said that arrest was not for DUI,but it was his third time being in trouble in last three seasons,so the 49ers fished and cut bait,with Smith,finally... the off-season,and training camp for the 49ers has really sucked... note:Packers play this year,in Santa Clara,against the 49ers,on October 4th(week four)...
